IVF BIG DATA PROJECT
PGT predictions
Welcome to the PGT predictions page!
Here you will find several tools that will help you predict the number of euploid embryos you will get from your IVF cycle. In many ways PGT is a gamble, but we can use data to help you understand the likelihood of success.
The first tool is a rate-based estimator from the legacy cohort: expected euploid embryos from egg count, cycles to reach ≥1 euploid, and eggs/cycles needed for a target euploid count.
The second tool is a patient-level model: expected embryos for biopsy, expected euploid embryos, prediction ranges, and chance of zero euploid embryos.
We hope you find these tools helpful in your journey!

Factors that define success of PGT
GuideA short overview of the biggest factors influencing PGT success (maternal age, eggs retrieved, and more) with links to the prediction tools.
Patient-level model
How many normal embryos can I expect per IVF‑PGT cycle?

Cohort rates tool
How many eggs or IVF cycles do I need to get 1 normal embryo?
